This could lead to many catering businesses going under. This could also lead to companies that offer catering as an additional service to stop since it would not be profitable for them. This niche would probably end up being replaced by family and friends that are willing to cook for each other.
With the catering industry on the decline people will either have to pay up to get food for weddings and community events or will have to go without a large amount of food.
